We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and help drive excellence in IT, software, and consultancy procurement! WHAT IS THE ROLE? Serve as an expert buyer for IT, software, and consultancy services Monitor and stay informed about market trends and the supplier panel Prepare tender documents in collaboration with the technical/IT department Negotiate with IT and consultancy companies Handle license negotiations Report negotiation results to the purchasing management team Select potential suppliers based on market needs Negotiate and manage frame contracts and pricing with suppliers Ensure the high quality of delivered goods from suppliers Measure supplier quality using dedicated KPIs Maintain a professional and positive communication network between FANUC Europe HQ, the ICT department, and subsidiaries WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration, or a related field 5 years of work experience in procurement of IT, software, and consultancy services Strong negotiation and contract management skills Analytical mind-set and structured work approach Experienced in change management process Experienced in working in multi-national office environment with focus on indirect purchasing Good time management, planning and accuracy Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system, knowledge in SAP is an advantage Customer-centric and strong business orientation Good communication skills, fluent in English, any other language is an advantage We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team!
