Contract Specialist InfrastruttureLocation: Genoa / MateraJob DescriptionThe Contract Specialist Infrastructure will be responsible for managing, drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts related to infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, railways, plants, etc.), ensuring compliance with current regulations and company standards. They will collaborate with technical, legal, and project teams to ensure the proper execution of contractual activities throughout all project phases.Main ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for works, subcontracts, supplies, and technical services.Supporting the preparation and management of documentation for public and private tenders.Verifying contract compliance with national (Public Contracts Code) and European regulations.Monitoring contractual deadlines, obligations, penalties, variations, and extensions.Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, public entities, and partners.Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure proper contractual obligation execution.Managing and updating the contractual archive and internal procedures.Mandatory RequirementsEducation: Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering.Experience: At least 3-5 years in a similar role within infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.Experience in managing public tenders and complex contracts.Technical skills: Deep knowledge of the Public Contracts Code and related regulations.Ability to draft and negotiate contracts in Italian and preferably in English.Excellent proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with management software (e.g., SAP, TeamSystem).#J-18808-Ljbffr
