Due to a recent restructure, they are creating a new division within their acute therapies business, opening up an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative fluent in French, Dutch, and English to join their team in Utrecht.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of dialysis products to hospitals and patients at home. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries, processing orders and returns, releasing backorders, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and provide a high level of service. Based out of a modern office in Utrecht three days per week, you will also have the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
