Position Summary: We seek a dynamic Commercial & Operational Service Leader to drive service business growth and lead our field team in France. This role replaces the outgoing Service Manager , requiring a hands-on approach and tactical insight to achieve significant growth objectives in the service sector, primarily within the Paris area . You will be responsible for leading and developing the field service team , overseeing operational delivery, and actively managing and driving the commercial part of the service business by identifying opportunities and cultivating client relationships. You will be supported by a local services coordinator [Inferred from prompt]. Key Responsibilities: Drive service business growth and achieve commercial targets within the Paris area. Actively identify potential markets and customers for service offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor for their service-related needs. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing service contracts (upsell/cross-sell) and with new service clients to drive revenue growth. Translate client requirements into compelling, detailed proposals and service plans , ensuring adherence to pricing structures, service tariffs, and profitability margins .
