At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.Job SummaryThe Business Continuity Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans. This role ensures that critical business functions can continue during and after disruptions, safeguarding the companys operations, reputation, and financial stability.The Business Continuity Manager will work closely with various departments to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate response efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDefinitionWork with department heads, stakeholders, vendors, or customers to define critical business processes based on geographies, seasonal factors, and business priorities.Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure critical operations can continue during crises.Define system requirements to develop functions and safeguards supporting business continuity plans.PreparationIdentify risks through company risk assessments and collaborate across functions to develop mitigation strategies and contingency processes.Coordinate regular testing and drills of business continuity and disaster recovery plans with relevant stakeholders.Design training and awareness programs for employees on emergency procedures in collaboration with security teams.Ensure compliance with regulations like ISO 22301.Maintain documentation of all business continuity activities.Manage communication materials with customers, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.Manage the budget related to business continuity activities.ExecutionAct as the primary contact during disruptions, coordinating response efforts.Establish and manage business continuity teams for major disruptions.Assist in resuming normal operations post-crisis.Continuously review and improve plans based on lessons learned.Stay updated on business changes and standards in business continuity.SkillsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or related field.5+ years experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.Strong knowledge of standards like ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, DRII/BCI.Experience with BIAs, risk assessments, crisis management.Excellent project management and communication skills.Ability to influence and collaborate globally.Certifications like CBCP, MBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer are a plus.We embrace diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
