Marketing Specialist
Innodisk Europe is looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support our European sales teams by executing and managing a wide range of regional marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years experience in marketing who is ready to take the next step and grow into a more strategic, full-spectrum marketing function.

Innodisk is a leading provider of industrial embedded Flash and DRAM solutions, with a strong focus on automation, aerospace and surveillance industries. As Marketing Specialist, youll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced by customers in Benelux, DACH, Nordics, and France, working closely with local sales teams and collaborating with our global HQ in Taiwan. Its the perfect opportunity if youre ready to move beyond execution and into a more strategic role in B2B tech marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Marketing
Youll define and run marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.
Youll work closely with our sales teams to develop relevant, high-impact messages and lead generation strategies.
Youll manage local advertising, promotions, and partnerships.
2. Event Management
Youll take full ownership of planning and executing trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events across the EU.
From logistics to branding and onsite coordination its your show.
3. Content Creation
Youll adapt global content and produce localized assets like brochures, digital campaigns, case studies, presentations, and product announcements
Youll collaborate with our design team and support the sales team with compelling materials.
4. Regional Marketing Management
Youll manage the EU marketing budget, track KPIs, and analyze campaign results to guide future efforts.
Youll gather customer insights and competitor data to sharpen our market positioning.
Who are you? / What youll need
Youre curious, organized, and love bridging business and creativity. You have:
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
Experience with SEO/Web analysis tools
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
One more European language is a plus
Preferably bachelors degree in marketing or similar studies.
At least 2 years experience as a Marketing Specialist
Affinity with electronics and technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Working experience in an international / a multicultural work environment is an advantage!
You preferably live within a 50 km radius around Eindhoven.

The company offers flash storage products, such as SSDs for industrial/embedded, enterprise server, aerospace, and other semi-industrial applications. Innodisk Corporation currently has established several offices worldwide (USA, Japan, China and the Netherlands) with over 750 people globally. Innodisk manufactures their products in their own purpose-built memory production facility in Taiwan, where also the head office is established. Innodisk Europe, located in the Netherlands, consist of a team of 15 employees. From their office in Eindhoven, Innodisk Europe operates and provides products and technologies for the entire European market (mainly the Benelux, Scandinavia and DACH regions).
