About the Company We are looking for a skilled andmotivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations ofexceptional mid size 5 star Luxury hotel in Rome. The idealcandidate will work closely with the Managing Director to ensurethe smooth running of all aspects of the hotel, while providingtop-tier service and exceeding guest expectations. About the RoleAs the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading anddeveloping a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guestexperiences. You will oversee hotel operations, ensuring thatobjectives are met, occupancy is maximized, revenue targets areachieved, and the hotels reputation continues to grow. Yourleadership, organizational, and communication skills will becritical to thrive in this high-pressure environment.Responsibilities Operational Management: - Supervise and manage theday-to-day operations, ensuring all hotel departments functionsmoothly and efficiently. - Uphold and enhance the higheststandards of guest service, ensuring consistent quality across alltouchpoints. - Review and refine hotel policies and procedures tomaintain operational excellence. Leadership and Team Development: -Lead, mentor, and motivate hotel staff, fostering a positive,high-performing work culture. - Identify training opportunities toimprove service levels and enhance the skills of the team. - Workwith HR to recruit, onboard, and manage staff to build a strong,dedicated team. Financial Oversight: - Optimize occupancy, revenue,and profitability by implementing effective pricing and promotionalstrategies. - Manage hotel budgets and financial plans, controllingcosts without compromising service quality. - Prepare and reviewfinancial reports, tracking performance and taking correctiveactions when necessary. Guest Experience: - Handle guest inquiries,complaints, and feedback with professionalism, aiming to exceedexpectations. - Implement strategies to build customer loyalty andencourage repeat bookings. - Ensure a seamless and personalizedguest experience from arrival to departure. Sales and Marketing: -Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive guestacquisition and retention strategies. - Identify new revenueopportunities and maximize sales through various channels. -Maintain and enhance the hotels reputation through excellentonline reviews and guest feedback. Health and Safety: - Ensure thehotel complies with all safety, health, and legal regulations. -Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure thewell-being of guests and staff. Qualifications - Proven experiencein hotel management or a similar role, with a strong track recordof leadership and operational success. - Comprehensiveunderstanding of hotel operations, including front desk,housekeeping, F&B, and sales. - Exceptional organizational,communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work underpressure and adapt to changing circumstances. - Strong financialmanagement skills, with experience in budgeting and revenuemanagement. - A passion for customer service and ensuring anoutstanding guest experience. - Ability to lead by example, settinghigh standards for staff performance and service quality.
