About the job: For a Multinational Company we areseeking a Product Manager. About the Role: We are seeking a ProductManager with strong technical acumen and commercial sensibility tooversee the lifecycle of a broad product portfolio across multiplebusiness units. This is a cross-functional role that bridgestechnical expertise, service operations, and go-to-market strategy,acting as a key link between sales, service, and marketing teams.The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or chemistry,strong project management capabilities, and the ability tointerpret complex technical documentation. A hands-on,field-oriented mindset is essential. Key Responsibilities:Portfolio & Product Management - Analyze and manage anextensive portfolio of SKUs, identifying the most suitablesolutions for specific market segments. - Review technical datasheets, understand product features, and evaluate performancecomparisons. - Coordinate certification processes and ensurecompliance with regulatory standards. - Support the implementationphase with a focus on installation, maintenance, and servicerequirements. Technical Support & Quality Interface - Act asthe primary point of contact for technical claims, liaising withinternal teams and manufacturers. - Interface directly withcomponent suppliers to understand product behavior, address qualityissues, and implement corrective actions when needed. - Workclosely with service teams to resolve product issues in the fieldand ensure consistent quality standards. - Oversee testingprocesses and report results related to water treatment andfiltration performance. Sales & Field Enablement - Train andsupport the sales force with in-depth product knowledge. -Participate in strategic customer meetings and high-valuenegotiations alongside the sales team. - Collaborate with marketingand brand teams to develop impactful materials for productpromotion and sell-in/sell-out activities. Your Profile: -Bachelor''s degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Engineering,Environmental Technologies). - Proven experience in productmanagement or technical-commercial roles, ideally in a B2C orindustrial setting. - Strong analytical and project managementskills. - Ability to understand complex technical documentation andtranslate it into actionable insights. - Fluent in English, bothwritten and spoken. - Willingness to travel across Italy whenrequired. - Proactive, field-oriented approach with strongcommunication skills.
