Your responsibilities will include: Identifying, contacting, and interviewing top candidates for internal roles Managing the entire recruitment processfrom the first call to onboarding Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding candidates through interviews and career decisions Collaborating with Legal, IT, HR and Hiring Managers to support a smooth hiring journey Negotiating offers and building lasting professional relationships COntinue building our employer brand, collaborating with marketing and HR ##127775; Whats in It for You?
