This is a key role that sits at theintersection of purchasing and logistics ideal for a proactiveand experienced professional who thrives in fast-pacedenvironments.What You''ll Be Doing:As a Purchasing Specialist, yourmain responsibilities will include:Procuring mechanical andelectronic components according to production needs andforecasts.Sending and managing purchase orders while maintainingaccurate records.Following up with suppliers to ensure on-timedelivery and mitigate any supply chain risks.Negotiating pricing,delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the bestvalue.Collaborating cross-functionally with planning, logistics,and production to ensure material availability.Supporting inventoryoptimization by aligning purchasing with operationaldemand.Identifying and resolving delivery issues before they impactproduction.Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to managepurchasing workflows (experience is a plus).What We''re LookingFor:Were seeking someone who is experienced, adaptable, andhands-on someone who can quickly understand new systems andprocesses while delivering high-quality results.
