Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.We are looking for a: Project Management EngineerSite: TorinoResponsibilities:The selected candidate will operate within the Global Combat Air Programme, inside the Flight Systems Engineering Integration Team, an international team composed of employees from the industry Partner Companies forming the Joint Venture acting as the prime contractor.Flight Systems are defined as the set of systems that enable effective and safe aircraft control in all flight phases.The candidate will report hierarchically to the Italian lead of the Flight System Engineering Integration Team and functionally to the programme management organization.They will interface with Flight Systems teams across three countries to support schedule and planning activities for subsystem design and development.Develop and monitor the Flight Systems Engineering Integration Team schedule, integrating inputs from subsystem teams.Regularly status activities and report progress to the team and higher management, including contributions to the earned value management process.Coordinate with team members and subsystem teams to identify project assumptions, dependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring information is harmonized and validated.Assist the Team Leader with project management activities such as defining Statements of Work, preparing responses to RFPs and RFQs, and assessing team sizes, interfacing with procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.Education: Masters degree in STEM, preferably Operations Management Engineering.Seniority: JuniorRequirements:Good knowledge of project management processes, from planning to monitoring and reporting.Familiarity with earned value management principles.PMP Certification is a plus.Knowledge of Aerospace/Aeronautical topics is a plus.Advanced MS Office skills; MS Project is essential.Attitudes:Proactive, curious, eager to learn, enthusiastic, stakeholder-oriented.Resilient under stress, capable of working under long-term pressure.Good communication and teamwork skills.Open to multicultural environments.Strong problem analysis and solving skills.Linguistic Knowledge:Proficient in English.Japanese language skills are a plus.Other: Willingness to travel outside Italy.Working with us offers continuous challenges and high-tech experiences, with opportunities to increase your competencies and knowledge.Location: Torino, C.so FranciaContract: Permanent, full-timeSeniority Level: Entry levelJob Function: Engineering and ITIndustries: Defense and Space Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
