Job Opportunity: Product Owner - Milano TAS SpA is seeking a Product Owner for its Milan office with proven experience in the role, specializing in Payment Systems. The successful candidate will manage innovative and challenging projects aimed at developing solutions for our key clients both in Italy and abroad.Responsibilities:Support technological development and knowledge sharing within the Business Unit (BU).Stay updated on technological, functional, and market evolutions relevant to the BU.Assist operational and business functions in identifying new services/products and evolving existing ones.Collaborate with architects and functional analysts to define architectures for new or modified products.Enhance TAS''s visibility as a leader in technological solutions.Provide internal and external consulting within your expertise area.Work with managers to define training needs and participate in training initiatives.Professional Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in complex or multinational companies.Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).Domain Skills:Business processing: SCT, SDD, SEDA, International Payments, RNI, Core Banking (Accounts, Data, Conditions), PSD2 (Active and Passive), Corporate and Retail Payments.Technological Skills:JEE, Microservices, API Management, Blockchain, Big Data, Cybersecurity.Key Attributes and Skills:Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.Strong interpersonal, relational, and communication skills, with assertiveness.Continuous stakeholder engagement skills.Result-oriented mindset.Problem-solving, proactive attitude, and ability to manage complex situations.Education:Degree in Scientific disciplines, preferably in Computer or Management Engineering, Information Sciences; a postgraduate Master or specialized training is appreciated.What We Offer:Stimulating and dynamic work environment.Agile working methodologies.Flexible and remote working options.Continuous training opportunities.Location & Contract:Milano (with remote work possibility).
