We look to the future with the same passion as always and need your talent!ResponsibilitiesSupport customers in Big Data projects, collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and objectives.Deliver data acquisition, transformation, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading into data lakes for analytics and machine learning.Address challenges of a cloud-native environment with innovative, simple solutions and share best practices with the team.Bridge Data Science and Data Engineering, understanding both domains.Assist Data Scientists in data preparation and Data Engineers interested in Data Science, in a KAIZEN culture of continuous improvement.Required SkillsExperience in a cloud-native environment, preferably 5+ years on Azure; familiarity with GCP or AWS is also valuable.Knowledge of Big Data architectures, cloud and on-premise.Azure infrastructure and networking experience.Proven ability to build and deliver proofs-of-concept addressing specific business needs.Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud.Monitoring distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open-source solutions like Grafana, Prometheus.Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, shell scripting.SQL knowledge.Experience with Agile methodologies, including Kanban.Leadership experience in managing medium-sized teams.Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Apache Spark, Databricks, and other ETL/ELT tools.Microsoft Certification: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Desired Skills and CertificationsAdditional Big Data certifications (Cloudera, Databricks, etc.).Experience with non-Azure ETL/ELT tools (Talend, Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica PowerCenter).Data visualization skills with PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.LocationMilano, Bari, Bologna, Cosenza, Napoli, Roma, Salerno, Torino, Treviso, PisaSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
