Job descriptionThis full-time position calls fora talented Project Manager to carry out wide range of renewableprojects, overall revamping & repowering and EPC ofphotovoltaic power plants.This position foresees the support fromMilan (Italy) administrative office to staff of all organizationallevel of functions involved in an exciting and ambitious growingenvironment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, track and control the scope,program, budget, project team organization of revamping &repowering PV / Solar projectsLead, manage and coordinateintegrated working of project execution workstreams includingconstruction management, technical management, procurement, projectcontrols, HSE.Provide clear and concise status reporting regardingproject planning, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies,risks and issues.Manage contracts, claims and change orders withpragmatic problem solving approach.Ensuring compliance with projectdocumentation of operational requirementsManageprojectcompliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes andstandards.Manage communication between the projects parties:internal & external, stakeholders, sub-contractor, etc.Ensuring Alectris high-quality and standard achievement throughoutthe full project plan.Lead a cross functional team and deliverparallel projects against agreed milestonesQualificationsGraduatedegree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Knowledge ofItalian electrical normative is a big advantage.At least 3 years ofexperience in photovoltaics.Advanced usage of CAD for power plantdesign activities. Knowledge of PVSyst is a plus.Knowledge with PVsystem, KPIs and engineering economics, equipment andtechnologies.Excellent written and verbal technical communicationskills in Italian and English.Strong organizational skills, abilityto track and juggle multiple tasks with limiteddirectivesProactivity and flexibility with horizontal interest forinnovative solutions.Project management interest, experience is anadvantageGood knowledge of Office package
