Join us, the future is ours to shape!Role PurposeCustomer Collaboration and Stock Management Specialist is responsible for analyzing stock and defining actions, with the support of the Supply Planning and Forecasting Team, to assure the correct level of stock coverage for the customers of the different business channels.The person must also ensure full alignment of inventory levels and track W&D costs according to the defined targets.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:Work with the customer to understand, monitor and advise on their requirementsSet the agreed restocking points with customers for every SKUManage and collaborate in allocation/supply constraints to keep all wholesalers suppliedProactively communicate and manage stock-out and propose and implement corrective action plansBe responsible for weekly reporting to support BU and FFEnsure to provide the correct inventory level projection and explain deviations vs targetMonitor goods receipts against orders and expected deliveries, perform inventory adjustment if neededComplete annual inventory reconciliationControl and issues any return activity Logistics cost trackingWork with Supply Chain Head and Customer Service Manager to optimize logistics flow ensuring service and cost targetTrack and Trace 3PL invoice according to the defined accounts and monitor them with BPASupport data collection and reporting of KPIs for Logistic and W&DOversee that all logistic processes are proceed in a timely, high quality, efficient and effective manner and in full compliance with all laws and supply chain management policies and proceduresIdentify and drive continuous improvement projectsProvide a load-balanced dispatch list for incoming materials to the warehouse and Quality department that ensures these activities are completed in line with the production needsEnsure management of daily MRP exception messages and appropriate follow-upCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What youll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:3-4 years of experience in the supply chain of pharmaceutical companies or multinational companies operating in the GDODegree in Business and Economics or Management EngineeringEnglish and Italian languageProven ability to actively interact with a large number of stakeholdersGood knowledge of SAP systemStrong analytical and Excel skillsYoull receive:Customized development paths and free access to our on-demand training catalogsJob rotation projects that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with global teamsCorporate Welfare PlanRecognition Program to highlight your impact for the organizationHybrid Work Model based on flexibility and trustWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
