The candidate will be introduced to the Street Pricing Motor Unit and will be involved in the following activities:Data preparation and maintenance of its infrastructureMotor Area Performance monitoringDevelopment and updating of unit reportsData development and preparationTechnical skills required:Experience as Data Engineer/Scientist, IT Analyst, or similarMinimum of 5 years of experience in the Insurance field, preferably in Motor InsuranceGood knowledge of Data Lakes, SQL, Python, and development environments (e.g., Jupyter)Experience working with cloud environmentsProficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written)Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointData analytics and reporting skillsSoft skills required:Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindsetProactive and innovative approach to improve tools and methodsAbility to work independently and in teams to accomplish tasksAbility to manage tight deadlinesCuriosity and vision to understand the overall pictureAbout Allianz Group:We are one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies worldwide.
