RD Wound Strategic Manager | Emilia-Romagna | Interesting Package
Our Client is a global leader in the Medical Device Manufacturing within its Center of Excellence in Italy, we are looking for an expert RD Wound Strategic Manager to lead the team and the projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Product development: Support the RD Director to create and execute strategies that align with the company''s business objectives and market needs.
- RD Projects : Oversee projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Management: Provide a guideline to internal and external (in case of co-development) teams during the process of innovation and lifecycle management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure RD efforts support overall business goals.
- Benchmarking: Stay updated on products trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Resource Management: Manage the RD budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and innovation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all RD activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Reporting : Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor or advanced degrees (Master''s or Ph.D.) in fields like chemistry, pharmaceuticals or biochemistry
- At least 5 years in medical devices RD Management.
- Project / program management
- Strategic Planning
- Ability in identifying and prioritizing key research areas and projects.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of the medical devices and their latest advancements in research and development.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the RD process.
- Skills in overseeing multiple RD projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Innovation and Creativity:
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation and encourage creative problem-solving within the team.
- Skills in identifying new opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
