Profile We are looking for people with a passion formanagement consulting and the Life Sciences industry, with a strongattitude to problem-solving, entrepreneurship and strategicthinking. Role and Responsibilities: - Guide team members toidentify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to clientsstrategic and operating success; - Plan, manage, and structure workstreams, as well as support execution of client projects; - Keyactivities: conducting interviews, gathering required data,executing analyses, testing quality of data and reconciling dataacross sources. Interpret results from project components andtranslate these findings into clear, compelling, and pragmaticrecommendations and solutions. Skills: - Strong business acumen; -Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and insightful thinking;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Initiativeand results orientation; - Full availability to travel; - Fluencyin English, French and/or German; - Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, mainly PPT and Excel. Expertise: - Excellent academicbackground: advanced degree or MBA from a top tier university.Preferably in Biotechnology, Biology, Pre-Medicine, BusinessAdministration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering,Public Health, or similar; - 3-5 years of professional experiencein either Life Science/Healthcare management consulting or intop-tier strategic management consulting within pharmaceutical,medical device, biotech practices. Compensation Variablecompensation depending on candidates experience.
