Supporting the team in overcoming challenges, providing training in Agile methods and principles, and maintaining an understanding of the project's technical aspects. Assisting in the prioritization and planning of Product Backlog Items, as well as collaborating with Product Owners to clarify and detail requirements. Driving the teams Agile maturity, particularly in scaled Agile projects. Managing all aspects of project execution to ensure smooth delivery and effective outcomes. 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, successfully implementing Agile and Lean principles. ~4+ years of experience in project management roles, ideally in large-scale, distributed, multicultural projects or programs. ~ A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, engineering, or mathematics. ~ Solid knowledge of Scrum Master, Agile PM, and Product Owner techniques (certifications like CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a plus). ~ Scrum at team level, SAFe at project level). ~ Proven experience facilitating senior stakeholders in international, multicultural environments. ~ Strong proficiency with Agile management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. ~ Fluency in German (spoken and written). ~ Fluency in English (spoken and written).
