Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin – City Centre (Hybrid) Salary: DOE We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to become a key part of a highly regarded team. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee project costs from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring financial efficiency throughout. Prepare and manage budgets for subcontractors and preliminary works. Conduct detailed contract reviews and manage the procurement of subcontractors. Submit and negotiate monthly valuations to ensure accurate and timely payments. Handle project variations and maintain comprehensive documentation. Collaborate closely with design teams, identifying and mitigating commercial risks. Ensure contracts are managed in line with project objectives and timelines. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Previous experience working in Ireland; experience in controlled environments, data centres, or pharmaceutical projects is a distinct advantage. Excellent commercial awareness, budgeting, and cost control skills
