Would you like to be part of the project?We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst reporting directly to the Deputy Finance Director. This role will lead the centralised efforts to engage with each of the business divisions and other stakeholders to deliver against the key responsibilities as set out below:Data analysis and reportingGather, analyse and interpret financial data from various sourcesPrepare and present financial reports, analysis, budgets and forecasts to management and stakeholdersIdentify trends, patterns and potential risks or opportunitiesDevelop tools and key performance indicators that assist with the achievement of your key responsibilitiesFinancial modelling and forecastingDevelop and maintain financial models to support planning, budgeting and forecastingConduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis testing to assess potential impactsInvestment analysis and recommendationEvaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysisMonitor investment performance and evaluate management action plansFinancial planning and budgetingAssist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgetsTrack actual performance against budget and prior years performance and identify variances, their drivers and emerging trendsBusiness acumen and problem solvingUnderstand the business environment and industry trends across the GroupIdentify and analyse business problems and validate solutions assist in the monitoring of agreed action plansCommunicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to various audiences at varying levels across the GroupRequired skills:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field5-10 years of relevant professional experienceBusiness proficient communication skills in English & SpanishAnalytical and numerical skills strong ability to analyse data, identify trends and draw conclusionsProblem-solving skills ability to identify and resolve complex financial issuesIT competence proficiency in using financial software and data analysis toolsBusiness competence understanding of the broader business environment and industry trendsPersuasive communication skills excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
