This team will act as a center of excellence for expert Sales support, solution design, delivery, and customer success.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the newly formed Solution Team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of professional services to end customers of our Op Cos, managing internal resources and external expectations to deliver technical projects with excellence.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team at its inception and contribute to building scalable delivery frameworks and best practices across the group.Key Responsibilities???? Project Program ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects across Op Cos, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.Manage the global project portfolio and coordinate resources, planning, and execution.Track key milestones (kick-off, reviews, UAT, go-live) and serve as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor progress, run regular project reviews, and escalate issues when needed.Ensure visibility on team capacity via an up-to-date workload plan.Apply best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid) across teams.Align project execution with business priorities and customer expectations.Drive clear and proactive communication with stakeholders to manage risks, decisions, and expectations.???? Reporting Performance MonitoringProvide concise project updates, status reports, and dashboards.Monitor KPIs to track project health, team efficiency, project profitability, and service quality.Document key decisions, changes, and milestones to ensure full traceability.???? Process Quality ImprovementDevelop and improve delivery processes and best practices.Ensure quality standards through clear documentation and testing protocols.Train teams on processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with the Tech Lead to streamline workflows and solve delivery issues.Contribute to building reusable templates, tools, and delivery assets.Scope of Professional Services ManagedYou will be responsible for overseeing delivery of a broad range of services including but not limited to:Business Applications (Dashboards, Data Tools)Device Decoding IntegrationHardware Staging (sensors, gateways, routers)Sensor/Gateway EnrollmentsProject Management for Tailored SolutionsScripting (rules engine, automation, analytics, endpoints)Embedded Development for Gateways/RoutersWhite-labeling (Web App and partially Mobile App)Onboarding Training ProgramsSIM Profile CustomizationOn-site and Remote Audits (radio coverage, hardware sourcing, vertical-specific solutions)Required Skills ExperienceProven experience (5+ years) as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Professional Services Manager in a tech-driven environment (preferably Io T, Telco, or Saa S / at minimum within an IT-related context).Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in multicultural or multi-entity environments.Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and customer-facing roles.Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.Comfortable working in a matrix organization and in coordination with international business units.Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.What We OfferA unique opportunity to shape a high-impact team from its inceptionWork in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative international environmentCareer development opportunities across a growing global organizationCompetitive bonus compensationHybrid/Remote work flexibilityJoin UsIf you are passionate about delivering high-value Io T solutions, love coordinating teams and stakeholders, and thrive in fast-growing environments wed love to hear from you.
