Job Offer Crew Operator We are a shipping company headquartered at the Media Center in Groningen. We operate a young fleet of 20 dry cargo vessels sailing internationally for our industrial clients. Technical management is provided from our office in Alblasserdam. We work together in a team with 8 different nationalities. Crew Operator For our crewing team based in Groningen we are looking for a Crew Operator. You will be responsible for the planning, selection recruitment and crew changes for our seafarers.You will communicate with all parties involved and you will make all necessary arrangements for visa, flight tickets, accommodation and transportation in a cost efficient way. Planning and executing crew changes and the related formalities and transports. Recruiting new crew and arranging timely training, courses and other development opportunities of the crew. Good command of the English language in word and writing.
