Role Overview: The COO will be pivotal in steering the company towards operational excellence and strategic expansion. As a key executive team member, you will ensure smooth coordination between the technical and artistic departments, oversee day-to-day operations between Paris, Dubai and Hong Kong, maintain strong client relationships and develop strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and offices. Drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and growth objectives. Optimize processes and workflows for efficiency and impact. Team Coordination and Management: Foster effective communication and alignment between technical and artistic teams. Facilitate cross-department collaboration to deliver innovative products. Support recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. Manage a team of two technical experts handling day-to-day operations with the clients and tech integration. Co-manage key account managers handling client marketing operations. Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients. Lead on-site visits to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction. Serve as a trusted point of contact for key partners. Business Growth: Work closely with the Founder, CTO, Operation Manager and General Manager to shape and implement operation and business strategies. Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and partnerships. Analyze market trends to ensure SPECTRE remains a leader in its field. Coordinate 360 degrees projects for the companies development (trade shows, PR event, clients opening) -- Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role, within hospitality, retail, technology, events or creative industries. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills. Strong ability to bridge technical and artistic perspectives. Demonstrated success in operations management and client relations. Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus. International background and passion about music would be a strong asset.
