As an AI Engineer, your mission would include:
- Collaborating with clients to define business and technical requirements for AI and data-driven solutions.
- Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to various industries.
- Working with stakeholders to identify and implement AI strategies that drive business value.
- Ensuring models are production-ready, scalable, and adhere to best DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Leveraging cloud environments, particularly Azure, to optimize data processing and AI model performance.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and consultants, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of AI methodologies and contributing to internal innovations within the company.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge across the organization.
- Attending client meetings and presenting findings, recommendations, and AI solutions in a clear and structured manner.
Youre a step closer to joining our team if you bring:
Background:
- A bachelor''s or master''s degree in a relevant field (such as business or engineering).
- 3-4 years of experience in a consulting environment or a related AI/ML engineering role.
- Experience working at the intersection of consulting, machine learning engineering, and data science.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, AI, and statistical techniques.
- Hands-on experience with NLP is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
- Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying AI/ML models into production and working with LLMs in a real-world setting.
- Knowledge of best practices in DevOps/MLOps.
Soft Skills:
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Practical Info:
- Languages: fluent in English and in French or Dutch.
