Investec Sandton is looking for a Risk Business Analyst in the Market and Credit Risk areas within Investec Corporate and Institutional Banking division. The successful candidate will have the ability for logical and systematic thinking who pays close attention to detail and can translate a long term strategic vision, client objectives and business requirements into system and process solutions.Independent and original thinking will be required, and to meet expectations the incumbent will frequently have to solve complex problems/issues, particularly on multiple systems and technologies and where not all the information is readily available (however further guidance is always available).This person should be able to work independently and as part of a team, helping to foster a positive working environment. They will work on projects and on daily enhancements and the role involves many of the aspects of project delivery, including, but not limited to, compiling Business requirements, system and process analysis, system configuration and reporting to key stakeholders, quality assurance, training and documentation.The person will want to work in a fast paced, high energy environment where collaboration and interaction across teams and with clients/system vendors is required.- They should be a person who not only wants to do what is asked, but who constantly seeks to improve processes in order to deliver a higher quality product more efficiently.
