Job Title: GRC ServiceNow Consultant

Total Experience Required: 8+ Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 3+ years in GRC / IRM, 5+ years in ServiceNow

Work Location: Belgium

1. Must be currently based in Belgium, or
2. Willing to relocate to Belgium from anywhere within Europe or the UK
3. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Belgium

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English, French (Nice to have)

We are seeking a Senior GRC/IRM ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in the GRC/IRM module. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic implementations, drive process optimization, and enable real-time risk visibility for enterprise clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current GRC/IRM processes and recommend enhancements
• Facilitate workshops to define and document solution requirements
• Lead configuration and customization of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM module
• Guide project delivery to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders
• Design and implement automated workflows and real-time dashboards
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions

• Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations
• Strong understanding of risk, policy, audit, and compliance processes
• Skilled in workflow design and ServiceNow integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong client-facing and project advisory experience

Top 5 Optional Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX)
• Ability to implement security controls within ServiceNow
• Experience with ITSM and cross-module integration
• Additional ServiceNow certifications
• Familiarity with ITIL v4.0 practices
