Your mission: Recruit and manage a local Sales Team Design and execute a sales growth plan reinforcing the company''s presence in the country Build business relationships with new and existing confluent partners Responsible for closing new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals Development and implementation of profitable growth opportunities building lasting customer relationships in other areas Effectively create value selling in business negotiations Build awareness for Vidoomy within large enterprises in the area Prepare regular results and forecast presentations to the company management team Have excellent motivational skills to lead your Sales team member to better results About you: English bilingual fluency is a MUST Large business network connections in the advertising key companies like Media Agencies and Direct Clients Current or previous management experience for at least 3-5 years Strong understanding of online advertising processes Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changed environment A metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to organise priorities in a fast-paced environment If you consider that your professional background fits the profile we are looking for, please, APPLY to the offer and we will explain to you more about our proposal!
