Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have experience managing packaging projects with major manufacturers? We are looking for a Packaging Engineer to join the Process department, reporting directly to the person responsible for the area!
About the position
You will be part of a dynamic team, managing multi-client projects for major automotive manufacturers and working with customer and Tier 1 web packaging modules. You will have the opportunity to contribute your experience and vision in an innovative and constantly evolving environment.
Essential requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive industry and in the use of packaging software from leading manufacturers.
- Proficiency in customer web packaging modules and Tier 1.
- Advanced handling of packaging management and validation tools, as well as container fleet management.
- Knowledge of packaging component suppliers and the types and characteristics of containers.
- Experience with plastic parts, the automotive sector, and multi-client management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Main functions
- Quotation, design, and preparation of standard and alternative packaging instructions.
- Participation in the calculation and sizing of packaging fleets.
- Support for plants in managing customer claims.
- Continuous updating and improvement of packaging solutions.
