This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building, testing, iterating and wants to shape how a cutting-edge product is built, used, and loved.These are the areas we have in mind:Improve our current exoskeleton design with a focus on Design for Manufacturing (DfM)Develop and refine the assembly and testing process, including tooling, benches, and quality controlContribute directly to building and testing upcoming production batchesCreate and maintain clear documentation for assembly, maintenance, and serviceSupport future product evolutions with prototypes and mechanical design inputCollaborate with the CEO and customer success engineer to feed field feedback into product strategyWork closely with our product development team (software and electronics) to implement improvements and ensure robustnessIf youre not sure you tick every box but youre curious and feel a spark wed still love to hear from you.Who Were Looking ForWere not looking for a perfect resume.
