FUNCTIONS:
- Establish a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Deal with any incidents that may arise, regardless of when they occur.
- Supervise maintenance and conservation work. Monitoring of the same.
- Liaise with maintenance companies.
- Proposing investments and executing them when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with the legal maintenance of the installations.
- Negotiation of new maintenance agreements or renewal of existing ones.
- Administrative management: orders, payments, etc.
- Occasional technical support.
REQUISITOS MNIMOS:
- University degree in Technical Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Availability for telephone support.
- Availability to travel.
- Availability for flexible working hours.
