Your Opportunity

Location: Stabio (Ticino), 20% smartworking

In the role of Accounting Specialist as a member of your team you are responsible to analyze and maintain correct accounting recording and financial activities of competence, ensuring compliance with current legislation and contributing to the correct preparation of financial statements.

How will You contribute

You are in charge of:

1. Keep accurate and complete records of all incoming and outgoing payments, following internal procedures and external legislation;
2. Prepare tax documents and obligations;
3. Keeping accurate records of both credit and debts from customers;
4. Preparation of reports, budgets and accounting records to support the creation of financial statements;
5. Relations with external parties (banks, suppliers, tax experts);
6. Analysis of flows and deviations.

Who you are

You are a professional with strong analytical skills, precision and good organizational skills.

You have:

1. Accounting or Economic Degree;
2. At least 3 years of experience as Accounting Specialist in a matrix organization;
3. Fluency in Italian and English languages;
4. Practical previous experience with SAP;
5. Knowledge of administrative, accounting and financial principles (IFRS) will be considered a plus;
6. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
