Summary:

The intern will be a part of our L&D Department, supporting and assisting the team in our Barcelona office. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and develop various skills through a valuable experience in a multicultural and dynamic environment, gaining insights into how a translation company operates. Being a part of our L&D Department will enable the intern to assist in organizing and developing training sessions for our Production department in accordance with the company''s internal procedures and standards.

Position responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of Training Programs, organising learner participation and, where needed, conducting training analysis.
• Support the tracking and reporting of metrics to evaluate learning outcomes and overall effectiveness.
• Help set up and monitor Training Sessions for all offices, whether on-site or remote.
• Take charge of scheduling training calendars and meetings, and oversee all internal documentation in alignment with internal regulations and standards.
• Ensure that trackers are maintained with up to date information at all times.
• Maintain regular communication with managers when new team members are confirmed to start and ensure they are provided with accurate information about their new persons trainer, training schedule, etc.
• Support with any other additional tasks as deemed appropriate by your supervisor/manager

Essential skills and experience required:

• Be able to sign an internship agreement with the University you are enrolled in
• Eligibility to commit 6 months as an intern
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a valuable asset
• Strong time management abilities
• Proactive and positive can-do attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
