Job Title: System Completion CoordinatorWe are Tecnimont SpA, an EPC contractor of Maire Tecnimont Group, a global leader listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, specializing in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures.MissionManage the achievement of the System Completion objectives, as defined in project procedures and plans, to ensure the successful hand-over of the plant. Coordinate activities across disciplines involved in the completion phase, including HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and Project Control, optimizing overall project delivery.Coordinate interfaces between Construction and Commissioning Teams to achieve Mechanical Completion, ensuring effective communication and reporting through the projects Completion Management System.Activities and Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, monitor, and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including system implementation and tool usage.Facilitate actions necessary for final subsystem/system completion for downstream pre-commissioning activities.Monitor completion progress according to schedule priorities.Update progress for certification and punch list closure.Involve the Client to obtain approval of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), and facilitate project handover.Participate in handover presentation preparations.Ensure procedures linked to handover are approved by the Client.Guide the Turn Over Team in document preparation.Organize weekly meetings with Construction and Commissioning Teams to coordinate handover activities.Review Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers.Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning to ensure all deliverables (TAG list, Check sheets, ITPs, drawings) are uploaded and updated in the Completion Database.Coordinate test pack and loop check uploads with Test Pack and Loop Check Coordinators.Ensure subsystem check sheets are linked to components/TAGS as per ITPs.Operatively reports to the Site Manager.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionIndustries: Oil and Gas#J-18808-Ljbffr
