About the Role
Youll be part of a highly technical, globally distributed team responsible for:
Expanding smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana, Aptos, Ethereum-compatible networks)
Maintaining and evolving an existing codebase tied to a live financial product
Building internal tooling for testing, upgrades, and monitoring
Collaborating with other developers in daily standups, architecture discussions, and code reviews
What Were Looking For
We dont need paper degrees we want real-world skill, clarity, and commitment.
Must-haves:
3+ years ofhands-on experience in blockchain development
Proficiency in at least one of:
Solidity for Ethereum-compatible chains
Rust for Solana
Move for Aptos
Fluent English and confident communication in remote teams
Strong personal accountability and client-first mindset
Solid, quiet remote work setup with stable internet
Bonus points if you have:
Experience migrating from one chain to another (e.g., Ethereum Solana)
Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols
Tooling contributions (testing frameworks, monitoring, upgrade automation)
