We are looking for an experienced freelance Salesforce professional to support us on a regular basis with the following: CRM : Data management, account segmentation, and process optimization, automations, analytics. Reports: Building insightful reports and dashboards for sales and marketing, including both data and visual charts Marketing Automation: Support with the existing synchronization between Salesforce and ActiveCampaign, used for email marketing and contact nurturing workflows Preferred Skills: Marketing knowledge to enhance CRM and campaign performance. Requirements: Proven experience with Salesforce. Direct collaboration (no agencies, only independent freelancers). Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Availability for an ongoing monthly agreement. English mandatory, Italian preferred.
