Senior Financial Consultant for D365FO Job Overview: As a Senior Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (D365FO), you will be responsible for leading implementation and development projects related to financial and accounting processes. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and customizing solutions to fit their operations. Responsibilities: Analyzing financial and accounting processes to identify optimization opportunities. Configuring and customizing D365FO to meet client requirements. Conducting manual tests of implemented functionalities and preparing test scenarios. Integrating D365FO with other IT systems. Optimizing system performance for financial processes. Preparing project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports. Training end users and providing post-implementation support. Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless alignment between the system and business processes. Monitoring system performance and proposing further improvements. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management, Finance, or a related field. Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining financial and accounting systems, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations. Experience in integrating D365FO with external systems. Proven track record in financial process optimization and system performance tuning. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of D365 FO General Ledger and operational processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement Sales). Experience in multi-company and international finance configurations. Ability to configure and customize D365FO. Strong process design skills with a focus on system performance optimization. Additional expertise in logistics or master planning modules within D365FO will be a plus. Analytical Documentation Skills: Strong business process analysis skills and ability to identify optimization areas. Experience in creating project documentation and functional specifications. Ability to develop user guides and process documentation. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Project Management: Experience in planning and structuring implementations into clear project phases. End-to-end project management from analysis to post-implementation support. Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a plus. Languages: Fluent English (B2+ level), additional languages are an advantage. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or project management certifications (e.G., PMP, PRINCE2). Additional Advantages: Experience in SAP integrations. Knowledge of e-commerce commercial law regulations. Familiarity with KSeF implementation requirements.
