Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Job Requisition ID #25WD88652Position OverviewThe GDI Analytics Enablement Team is seeking a Data Evangelist Communications Specialist to lead the charge in promoting data literacy, fostering engagement, and communicating the value of customer data analytics across our global organization. This role will serve as the face and voice of our data and analytics initiatives, driving cultural change by inspiring teams to adopt data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, creating clear, compelling communications and initiatives that educate, motivate, and empower analysts and business users.ResponsibilitiesEvangelize Data and Analytics: Act as a champion for data and analytics across the enterprise, promoting adoption of best practices, tools, certified data assets and standardized metrics and KPIsDevelop Communications Strategy: Craft and deliver clear, engaging communications that explain complex analytics concepts in a business-friendly wayCreate and Curate Content: Write newsletters, blog posts, internal updates, success stories, and learning spotlights that drive awareness and highlight impactEnablement Initiatives: Lead and support initiatives to increase awareness of the Analytics Enablement Program, including events, learning paths, and community forumsStakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with analytics, data, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging and advocacy around enterprise analytics initiativesSupport Learning Onboarding: Collaborate with colleagues on enablement and technical documentation to enhance learning experiences and foster a culture of data literacyMeasure Impact: Maintain a feedback loop with stakeholders, define KPIs and track engagement to evaluate the effectiveness of evangelism and communications activitiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in a communications, marketing, enablement, or analytics role, ideally within a data-driven organizationStrong understanding of analytics concepts, data culture, and the challenges of data adoption in large organizations, and familiarity with Data Science conceptsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with the ability to translate technical content into compelling narrativesComfortable with presenting data and storytelling using a variety of tools, ranging from PowerPoint to Power BI. SQL coding skills and experience with Snowflake is preferredExperience producing high-quality internal communications, newsletters, videos, presentations, or knowledge-sharing contentDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
