Your Responsibilities as Group HRIS Expert:
- Administer, configure, and optimize the clients SAP SuccessFactors system, focusing on Time Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Central, and Compensation.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the HRIS system effectively supports organizational needs and strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead HRIS projects and drive the implementation of new HR systems.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on HRIS processes, best practices, and system functionalities.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as an HRIS expert.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (specifically Employee Central, Compensation, Time Tracking, WFM solutions, Time & Attendance management, Absence Management).
- A strong understanding of core HR processes and systems.
- Experience with Power BI and HR system integrations is a plus.
- Prior experience in vendor selection is desirable.
- Demonstrated project management and relationship management skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a multinational setting.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is a must.
