Responsibilities:
- Customer Operations: CRM maintainance and update, customer introduction process, customer offer edit and sending operations SMP and IOT;
- Contract management Operations: follow the HQ guidelines and assist the contract management to execute contract related processes;
- Data Operations: responsible for the management and execution of the daily sales data. Assisting overseas sales managers to synchronize and communicate with customers and headquarters;
- AR operations: Credit Note deduction and account receivable operations;
- Complete other tasks that the superior has explained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above. Majored in international business, international trade, marketing, business management and other related majors;
- Skilled in using Office software;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese and French;
- Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible and superb execution;
- Eager to learn and great problem-solving ability;
- At least 1 or 2 year working experience ( internship included ).
