PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

The Manager Government Affairs will support the Global Government & Community Affairs team on key strategic and advocacy initiatives in Germany and Europe to help reach adidas’ mid and long-term performance ambitions. The role will manage relations with government representatives and industry associations for adidas in Germany and Europe, provide relevant public policy analysis, and contribute to the implementation and continuous development of the Global Government Affairs strategy.

This is an exciting position offering learning, development and creation opportunities in an international environment within a diverse, collaborative, and enthusiastic team. The Global Government & Community Affairs team members are leading the company’s engagement with government stakeholders and are focused on building trusted relationships, monitoring and informing about policy developments, influencing policy-making, and building adidas’ reputation.

Der Manager Government Affairs wird das Global Government & Community Affairs-Team bei wichtigen strategischen und Interessenvertretungsinitiativen in Deutschland und Europa unterstützen, um die mittel- und langfristigen Ziele von adidas zu erreichen. Die Rolle wird die Beziehungen zu Politik und Branchenverbänden von adidas in Deutschland und Europa pflegen, liefert relevante politische Analysen und trägt zur Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Global-Government-Affairs-Strategie bei.

Dies ist eine spannende Position, die Lern-, Entwicklungs- und Kreativitätsmöglichkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld innerhalb eines diversen, kollaborativen und hoch motivierten Teams bietet.
