In 2021, QVC International served 4.7 million customers and has more than 7,000 team members across Germany, Japan, Italy, Poland, and China.Your ImpactReporting directly to the Director of Global EHS, you will lead QVC Italys Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program, providing leadership across all business units within the market to promote health, safety, and well-being of all team members, contractors, and guests, while also ensuring environmental protection in all operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop health and safety risk assessments, identifying risks and implementing control measures.Counsel the Senior Management Team on EHS matters.Oversee documentation of workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing causes.Act as the primary contact with government authorities and insurance institutions; assist in claims responses.Ensure compliance with EHS obligations (81/08).Facilitate site Safety Steering Committee meetings.Deliver all required EHS training and medical checks per Italian regulations.Conduct audits, surveys, and checks to evaluate safety processes and behaviors.Maintain ISO 45001 accreditation and support the Supervisory Body (D. Lgs. 231/01).Lead health and safety initiatives, promote a safety culture, and develop local EHS policies.Organize health and safety days and events.Collaborate internally to improve operational processes and minimize risks.Support the development of international EHS standards and best practices.QualificationsQualified Certified Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional or minimum 5 years'' relevant experience with OSH certification if no degree.Training in RSPP Modules A, B, and C per local law (81/08).Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels within a matrix organization.Knowledge of legal EHS requirements.Fluency in Italian and English; on-site availability required.Additional Information#LI-NM4INDITShare with your networkCurated Experiences.
