The Distribution Center Team Leader for Radiometer is responsible for leading a team in the medical industry, focusing primarily on the quality of work, meeting regulatory requirements, developing subordinate staff, and improving logistics processes using the Kaizen philosophy. This position is part of the Radiometer Distribution Center located in ul. Stalowa 6 73-102 Stargard and will be fully onsite. You will be a part of the Distribution Center and report to the Value Stream Manager responsible for: The incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performing manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performing a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinating and monitoring workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in the assigned distribution area. Maintaining compliance with relevant local, country, and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes. Thriving in a quality management system applicable to the medical industry, applying norms and regulations into practice, strong communication skills, assertiveness, diligence at work, analytical skills, and resistance to stress, knowledge of MS Office tools. Building and maintaining relationships at various levels in the organization. Setting priorities and goals as well as developing plans to implement solutions that support business goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Participate in work that affects people''s lives Work in a stable industry Work in the Global Supply Chain acquiring international knowledge while working with people from different backgrounds The essential requirements of the job include: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team in a warehouse Detailed knowledge of warehouse processes, especially regarding receiving deliveries Ability to motivate a team, set and enforce goals, solve problems, organize, plan and set priorities, commitment to assigned goals, and results orientation It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in the medical industry Communicative English level Undergoing training in the field of Lean Management / Kaizen We offer the following: Attractive salary and additional bonus in accordance with company policy.
