In this position you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT solutions for DHL Supply Chain operations, ensuring efficient integration of logistics, transportation, and engineering systems. You will also guide implementers in executing activities to optimize software usage and ensure operational performance meets requirements.What will your responsibilities be?Design and technical implementation of cross-product logistics solutions across the EMEA region, with a focus on warehousing operations.Actively seek and adopt the latest IT functionalities, ensuring that the solutions leverage the best available features offered by the IT products out of the DHL catalogue.Provide training and support to local IT teams, facilitating seamless implementations and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.Ensure robust live and post-live support for sites, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution and/or escalation.Proactively identify improvements to enhance IT solutions and processes in place.You wont find another IT Solution Specialist position like the one youll find with DHL Supply Chain.
