District Operations Manager - North Italy, PaviaCentauro Rent a Car, a market leader in the car rental sector with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and energetic District Operations Manager for North and Centre Italy.Responsibilities include:Coordinate and supervise all operational activities of the offices in the area.Supervise staff, maintaining direct contact with Branch Managers.Achieve annual goals related to customer service and sales targets.Promote operational quality standards across the area and ensure staff adherence.Monitor the condition, appearance, and maintenance of facilities.Oversee remodeling, repairs, and maintenance work, including obtaining estimates.Identify and suggest improvements for daily operations and overall company performance.Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for each branch.Maintain good relationships and attend meetings with airport authorities.Minimum requirements:At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Rent a Car industry.Experience managing and coordinating diverse teams.Excellent knowledge of RAC business operations.Strong commercial and customer service orientation.Advanced proficiency in Office Automation tools.Availability to travel.What we offer:Full-time position.Fixed salary plus incentives and commissions.Company car and phone.Opportunity to be part of a stable and growing company.If you are ready for a new challenge and believe your profile fits, join the Centauro team by applying for this role!#J-18808-Ljbffr
