We use science to save lives, and so can you.We are currently recruiting for a Director, Client Program Management to join the Program Management Team in France. The purpose of this role is to lead a team responsible for managing both internal (OXB) and client projects, ensuring these are delivered on time and within budget to the required quality.Our Analytical Services Group supports the development of products through analytical testing to facilitate manufacturing and process development, ensuring appropriate quality controls and use of analytics.Your responsibilities in this role would be:Ownership of Client Program Management capability for OXB , inclusive of management of a team of Program/Project ManagersMembership of Global Program Management leadership teamContribution to Site Leadership team and development of site capabilitiesOversight of all projects assigned to the team while personally managing own projects as requiredEnsuring delivery of both internal (OXB) and client projectsMaintaining client/partner satisfaction to ensure successful long-term relationshipsManaging Project team operations (planning agendas, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, action items, etc.)Managing timelines with internal teams and clients to identify/define resource needsWorking with the internal team and clients to develop options, scenarios, recommendations, and integrated operational plans to achieve project objectivesWe are looking for:Degree or postgraduate degree in Life SciencesProject Management certification is preferredBroad and deep understanding of the full life cycle of the development of biological products, ideally within Advanced Therapeutic Medicinal Products (ATMPs)Proven relationship management skills enabling the ability to influence globally at high levels in the client organisation to facilitate the development of long-term client relationshipsExtensive knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, methodologies, and the skills required for their effective utilisationSignificant client project management experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech services industryDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsProven strategic leader with experience in managing and developing teamsAbout Us:OXB is a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO with a mission to enable its clients to deliver life changing therapies to patients around the world.
