People Services Senior Specialist

team, you will be acting as a key contact on HR processes for employees at all level, providing expertise on a wide range of topics, such as on and offboarding, job changes, hiring, absences, time & attendance, HR tools, Talent & Performance etc. & support the employees throughout their journey at Sanofi.

With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scalePeople Life Cycle ManagementKnowledge Base Management and Employee Query HandlingExternal Workforce ManagementGlobal Learning ServicesQuality, Performance, Employee Master Data & ReportingMobility Services

Main responsibilities

Administer termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding, including conducting an exit interview to check employee understanding of insurance/social security topics and gather feedbackTake part in projects as Subject Matter Expert, ensuring necessary support is provided as agreed during the project planningAbsenteeism Management - Conduct interviews and ensure return to workCoordinate rewards, mobility and payroll-related activities and information with the various stakeholders (People & Culture, Legal, CoE Business Partners, Payroll Partners and People Services front line teams in local countries, etc.)Collect data from various stakeholders and consolidate for payroll, provide a monthly overview on all contractual changes, new hires and exits as well as unpaid leavesManage contract updates/ contract amendments, if requiredExecute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines, collective agreement, labor law and social security lawKnowledge and experience in applying

French labor law , collective agreements and French Sanofi local agreements

About youExperienceKnowledge and experience in applying French labor law and collective agreementsBroad understanding of complex HR processes and activities

Soft and technical skillsSelf-motivated & result-driven, with a strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality servicesStrong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional mannerTeam player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindsetOrganized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflowAttentive to detail and works with precisionComputer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNowKnowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel

EducationGraduate or masters degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience

LanguagesFluent in English and French (min. C1)
