The Service Provider shall provide support tothe Project under the guidance of the Project Controls team. Theservice will enable the project teams to understand, plan for andachieve critical project milestones in accordance with projecttargets. Team/Department: NorseBreeze Project Control Budget: n/aDelegation of Authority: n/a Perimeter: GPI-NBR Number ofSites/Projects: 2 (Jammerland and Lillebealt) VolumesCommercialised (GW/MW): 400 MW Direct Reports: 0 ACTIVITIES TheService Provider shall be responsible for all the scheduling,planning and progress measurement activities for the NorseBreezeOffshore Wind projects. During the pre-FID phase of the projectfocusing on engineering, surveys, preparation for permitapplication, early commitment planning, financing and readiness forFID. Services include: - To develop, implement and maintainprocedures, means and tools in order to ensure the efficientorganization and operation of the scheduling, progress control andreporting activities. - To assist in defining (and updating asnecessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying withProject needs in terms of progress control, cost control andreporting, for all phases of the Project. - To develop, update andrevise the overall integrated Project Schedules as required byProject Management, and to provide analysis and simulations of newand/or alternative execution model schedules as required. - Toorganize, co-ordinate, supervise and control all the planningactivities during the Development phase, by regularly informing,supporting and advising the Project Management team. - To assistPackages to prepare respective package progress measurement systemdefinition and follow-up requirements, review and commentcontractors'' procedures and proposed schedules, scheduling andprogress control methodology, and to check and approve contractors''progress measurement and progress reports. - To define (and updateas necessary) a suitable Monthly Report structure complying withthe Project management needs. - The development of detailed andaccurate Project Monthly Report / Project Weekly Report (and anyother report as requested) during all phases of Project. - Assistin preparation of, and coordinate integration of the reportingissued after Weekly / Monthly Project Meetings and all Managementmeetings as required. - In a general manner, to provide assistanceto the Project Management for all matters related to scheduling andprogress reporting and general reporting, and to manage allactivities related to scheduling and reporting. - To timely reportto the Project Management Officer, highlighting progress andencountered areas of concern. - To ensure and impose strictconfidentiality for all the scheduling and progress measurementrelated documentation produced (whatever its support) - To gather''lessons learnt'' with respect to scheduling, progress control andreporting matters and provide feedback to other Clients Renewablesand Offshore Wind Entities The service provider will providesupport to other PMO functions. This includes supporting both theCost Control Lead and the Risk Manager where relevant. In addition,the service provider shall liaise actively with all the Projectteam members for all scheduling and progress measurement relatedactivities, shall observe and shall impose strict confidentialityduring the tendering phase and as a general manner all along thecourse of the Project, shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior incomplying with the Company Ethics and Code of Conduct policy.CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT The Clients Renewables comprise a teamof professionals passionate about deploying clean energy andbringing new opportunities to communities. The NorseBreeze projectis the first 400MW Offshore Wind Farm development operated by theClient in Denmark. The Service provider could require travelbetween Paris, France and Copenhagen, Denmark TECHNICALREQUIREMENTS - Advanced expertise in complex offshore projectplanning. - Expertise is required in major project developments,with partners, and reporting interfaces. - Knowledgeable andexpertise with Scheduling / progress control techniques &tools; multi-discipline engineering/project planning; interactionwith Contractors; excellent communication skills; expertise in. -Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with variousstakeholders including but not limited to diverse internationalteams. - Expertise with planning tool
