Are you ready for your next Marketing Automation adventure? We are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant with relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Within the Data Intelligence team, the MA candidate will:gather business requirements, both from a marketing and a technical point of viewconvert the requirements into the best solutions to be presented to the clientset up marketing automation platformsdesign the CJ multichannel campaigns flow (channels: emails, SMS, PN, adv campaigns...) and implement them on the assigned platformcreate reports and analyse results to define actionable insightsinteract with several stakeholders, both internal and external, in leading the marketing automation stream; conduct user training both in Italian and in Englishpropose always new and advanced features to scale the assigned projects and overcome the business results Required SkillsAt least 2 years experience working hands-on in Marketing Automation implementations: from platform setup to CJ campaigns flow definition and reportingExperience in working with Recommendation Engines and real-time personalizationTrack record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlinesUnderstanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metricsProactive, always keen to learn, well organized, autonomous but able to work in big multidisciplinary teams; Able to Communicate project concepts and outcomes to our stakeholdersBachelor's Degree/Master's DegreeFluent in English, both spoken and written Nice to haveFamiliarity with CRMsExperience with advanced marketing automation flowsIf specialized in SMC: Experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio and EinsteinCertified Marketing Cloud Consultant About usLike Reply is an international expert for innovative solutions in the fields of marketing automation, SEO, SEA, marketing performance and attribution modeling.
