QUALITY MANAGER - SETTORE ALIMENTARE, RomaThis job posting is for a Quality Manager position in the food sector based in Guidonia Montecelio, Italy.Company Description:Our client is a nationally recognized company in the food sector, located in Guidonia Montecelio.Position:Quality Manager in the Food SectorResponsibilities:Define and maintain the company''s Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System according to national and international standards.Prepare documentation, review, and update the QAS system periodically.Plan, organize, and manage continuous improvement actions for the QAS.Manage and coordinate the Quality System, including defining organizational structure, procedures, and methodologies.Oversee quality activities across various sites, manage resources, and ensure compliance with quality procedures.Organize review meetings and inspections, analyze non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.Manage relationships with certification bodies and conduct or supervise audits.Design procedures and measures for food safety management, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC.Conduct internal audits, manage external and internal control reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.Requirements:At least 3 years of solid experience in similar roles within the food sector.Degree in scientific disciplines such as Biology, Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar.Experience in conducting internal audits for QAS systems and ensuring compliance with norms.Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC standards.Additional Information:Direct permanent employment with the company.Location: Guidonia Montecelio, Nomentana area.Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.The offer complies with legislative regulations, and interested candidates are invited to read the privacy policy as per EU Regulation 2016/679.#J-18808-Ljbffr
